2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to make a purchase. You are responsible for safeguarding your acoount credentials and must not share them. We may suspend or terminate access if misuse of payment issues occur.
3. Scope and definitions
These terms apply to all distance contracts for our digital courses and materials. Digital content means data created and provided in digital form. Platform means our course platform.
4. Course access and Licence
When you purchase a course, you receive a personal, non‑transferable, non‑exclusive licence to access the course materials for your own self learning. Please do not share, resell, or distribute content. Lifetime access refers to the lifetime of the course on our platform, with a minimum of 12 months guaranteed. If we retire a course earlier, we will provide an equivalent replacement or proportional refund.
5. Contract formation
The contract language is English. Placing an order on our checkout page and clicking the purchase button clearly labelled to indicate an obligation to pay, you make a binding offer. We accept by confirming your order and granting access.
6. Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices are shown including VAT where applicable. We sell exclusively to consumers as defined in §13 BGB. We do not offer VAT-exempt B2B sales or apply the EU reverse charge mechanism, even if a VAT number is provided at checkout. All orders are processed as consumer purchases. For EU consumers, VAT is charged according to your location under (OSS) rules. Once payment for a course is received in full, then access is granted. Prices for future purchases may change.
7. Delivery and availability
Delivery is by immediate online access, streaming, or download. We may update, modify, or discontinue features for technical, legal, or quality reasons. Temporary downtime may occur.
8. Statutory right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
EU consumers have a 14‑day right to withdraw from this contract without giving reasons. The period starts on the day the contract is concluded. The right expires once we have begun performance if you have expressly consented to the start before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged losing your right upon start. If you do not consent, we will provide access after the withdrawal period ends or limited preview access.

10. Voluntary 7‑day money‑back guarantee
In addition to statutory rights, we offer a 7‑day money‑back guarantee if you request within 7 days of purchase and have not completed more than 15% of the course (see number 4). This guarantee does not apply to heavily discounted promotional sales unless stated otherwise.
11. Refund process
To request a refund, email info(at)cademyo.de with your order details. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after approval.
12. Intellectual property
All course materials are protected by copyright. You receive a licence for personal study only. Public sharing or resale is prohibited. We may use technical measures to protect content. All content available on Cademyo, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Cademyo or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Accessing this content does not grant you any rights to reproduce or distribute it without explicit permission.
13. User conduct
You must not share accounts, answers, or files. Circumventing protection measures is prohibited. We may suspend or terminate access for violations. As a user of Cademyo, you agree to use our resources responsibly and ethically. You must not misuse our website by knowingly introducing viruses or other harmful material. Your conduct should comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. Additionally, any attempt to access restricted areas of the site or interfere with its functionality is strictly prohibited.
14. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Our courses are for educational purposes and do not guarantee specific results. We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, health, and under the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence, liability is limited to essential duties and typical foreseeable damage.
15. Promotional communications and affiliates
If you join our newsletter or follow affiliate links, our Privacy Policy applies. Advertising and affiliate recommendations are clearly marked.
16. Consumer dispute resolution
We are not willing and not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
17. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by German law. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also benefit from mandatory consumer protections of your home country. Exclusive jurisdiction for merchants is Bremen, Germany.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in advance. The current version is always available on our website. We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time.
